there was, and continues to be, so much struggle and trauma this year. for me, community was a huge part of making it through. being able to share space with people who get it is an important piece in healing. mostly i tried to soak up the love, but i also managed to document its beauty from time-to-time. here are some of my favorite shots from this year around Tacoma:
